Raj Chadha
Our founder and CEO
Raj is a visionary leader with a sharp instinct for transformative business strategy. In May 2025, he founded Mohni and Muni, marking the latest chapter in a career defined by ambition and innovation. Before this, Raj served as Chief Executive of Hickman Estates, where he spearheaded high-quality developments across London, including the landmark 18 Hickman Avenue project, which secured consent in June 2025.
His leadership journey began at Total Security Services, where he rose from desktop IT support to Group CEO in just ten years—a rare and inspiring ascent. His tenure saw him drive a successful digital transformation, ultimately overseeing the strategic sale of the business to a global competitor.
Raj’s passion extends beyond corporate success; he is deeply invested in the power of property and residential development to shape communities. A graduate of Durham University, where he earned a degree in Business Finance in 2007, Raj blends financial expertise with a keen eye for opportunity—turning vision into reality.
